About this campground
Immerse yourself in the beauty and seclusion of the Otways with a visit to Beauchamp Falls Campground. Tucked away in Otway rainforest, this family-friendly site is near the town of Beech Forest and is an easy stop near the Great Ocean Road.
This campground is flat and spacious, with dedicated areas for tents, caravans, campervans and camper trailers. There are fire pits and picnic tables available for use for campers and for day visitors at the nearby picnic area .
This is a free and popular camping spot so it's best to arrive early to secure your spot. The road into the campground is an unsealed road but can easily be accessed by a 2WD vehicle and caravan.
Get ready to explore
From here, you can explore the Otways’ towering forests, rainforests, waterfalls and walks. With its spectacular 20m waterfall, nearby Beauchamp Falls is a must-see. Take the one-hour return walk from the picnic area and enjoy scenic views of mountain ash forests along the way.
The Forrest Mountain Bike Trail network is less than an hour’s drive north east of this site via Forest - Apollo Bay Road.
