The access roads are unsealed, narrow and windy but are accessible to all vehicles. However following heavy rains, this road becomes slippery and therefore may be temporarily inaccessible to 2WDs.

Water from nearby creek must be boiled before drinking.

There are no facilities for rubbish collection at this site so please take your rubbish home when you leave.

Jones Reserve is subject to seasonal closure during the winter periods. Closure dates are from the Thursday after the King's Birthday (June) to the Thursday before Melbourne Cup (October).

About this campground

Jones Camping Reserve is situated only 40km south-east of Benalla and is on the banks of Hollands Creek in the Toombullup Ranges.

Surrounded by large mature eucalyptus trees, this site has large open area campsites that are suitable for tents, campervans and caravans.
