About this trail
Located 15km north of Bairnsdale at the Mt Taylor Picnic Area, this is a thrill-seekers' playground with over 30km of mountain bike trails to enjoy.
You'll find a variety of downhill, all mountain and cross-country tracks which feature a flowy descent down back to the picnic area. These are best suited to riders with experience.
For those looking to test their skills, the double black diamond downhill track is a fast-paced technical trail through the forest with 300m of vertical descent, fast corners, big jumps and loose rocks.
Pick your track
Tracks rated as Difficult (Flow) and Extreme (Mt Taylor Downhill) are best suited to skilled riders, but the Intermediate All-mountain track is also technical with jumps, gaps and bermed corners. Make sure you ride to your abilities.
