To access the campground you must cross Yackandandah Creek. It is usually accessible in a 2WD vehicle but when water levels are high or the crossing is in poor condition a 4WD may be required. Visitors should assess the ford prior to crossing the creek to ensure their own safety and that they have an appropriate vehicle.

About this campground

The picturesque Yackandandah Creek Campground 9 is 10 minutes’ drive from the tourist town of Yackandandah. It is one of 10 campgrounds along the Yackandandah Creek.

This medium sized campground is suitable for tents, rooftop tents or camper trailers. It is unpowered and has a toilet, picnic tables and barbecues.

It is the perfect base to camp and explore the nearby Yackandandah Trails - a network of more than 50 km of singletrack, featuring easy to intermediate-level trails for mountain bikers with a sense of adventure.
